Alexis’ tasting notes: This is a rather different take on Christmas tea, and one I find particularly interesting. The earthy richness of Pu’erh provides a wonderfully smooth foundation for the warming spices, while cocoa nibs bring a subtle chocolatey depth. I particularly enjoy the combination of cinnamon, star anise and almonds, which creates a deliciously festive character without losing the tea's distinctive personality.
